TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAM APAC – Event Terms & Conditions
By registering to attend PAM APAC, Singapore (21–22 September 2026), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration and Validation
All registrations are subject to review by the event organiser. Complimentary passes will be validated to ensure they meet the event’s eligibility criteria. The organiser reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.
2. Ticket Types
Ticket categories are intended for specific industry roles and organisations. Delegates must register under the appropriate ticket type. The organiser reserves the right to amend ticket types if a registration is submitted under an incorrect category.
3. Complimentary Operator Ticket
Due to high demand, complimentary operator passes are limited to two delegates per airline to ensure fair representation across the industry.
4. Paid Tickets
Tickets are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. All ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser. If you are unable to attend, you may request a delegate substitution by contacting the event team before the event. Substitutions are subject to the organiser’s approval.
For tickets paid by invoice, the organiser reserves the right to deny entry to any future events if an attendee has not settled their invoice according to the stated payment terms.
5. Delegate Cancellation and Substitutions
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (pamsingapore@aviationbusinessnews.com) and will be acknowledged in writing by the organiser to confirm receipt. Cancellations must be received more than 3 days prior to the event in order to not incur cancellation penalties. Any cancellations thereafter may be liable to a £50 cancellation fee.
The organiser reserves the right to implement the cancellation fee to no shows on the day. Delegate substitutions may be permitted at the organiser’s discretion.
6. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the organiser must cancel or postpone the event, registered delegates will be notified as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket price paid. The organiser will not provide refunds for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including Acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new event date. If a delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, they may request a refund or transfer their place to another colleague, subject to the organiser’s discretion.
The organiser will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by delegates in connection with the event.
7. Event Programme
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary.
8. Photography and Filming
The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending the event, delegates consent to the use of any images or recordings that may include them.
9. Delegate Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
10. Data Protection
Personal information provided during registration will be used to administer the event and communicate relevant event information. Data may be shared with event partners where appropriate and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Liability
The organiser will not be held responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property incurred during the event.
12. Warranties and Indemnities
- The options as agreed in this contract are only in relation to the stated event and are not transferrable between events.
- The organiser is an independent organisation and takes no responsibility for the views or actions of any organisation speaking, attending or promoting at its events.
- It may be necessary to change the content and timing of the programme, or the venue. The organiser cannot be held liable if such changes occur nor for prior notification of these changes.
- Should the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, industrial action, unexpected infection, an act of God or any eventuality beyond the control of the organiser, the organiser shall endeavour to reschedule the event. However, the attendee hereby indemnifies the organiser and holds Real Response Media harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the attendee.
